AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into a contract with Ladue Building and
Engineering, for the preparation of plans and specifications for
the modification of the Braden Steel Building at Dougherty Ferry
Road and Carman Road.
WHEREAS, the District requires specialized consulting
assistance in the preparation of said plans and specifications,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. That the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer be and they are hereby authorized to enter
into a contract with Ladue Building and Engineering, for the
preparation of plans and specifications for the modification of
the Braden Steel Building at Dougherty Ferry Road and Carman Road.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of
this ordinance shall provide for a total fee not to exceed the
amount of Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00) and such other terms
and conditions as are approved by the General Counsel of the
District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 28, 1977.
