AN ORDINANCE appropriating Eight Thousand Sixty-one and
20/100 Dollars ($8,061.20) from the Coldwater Creek Sewer
Extension and Improvement Fund to pay R. W. Booker & Associates,
Inc., Consulting Engineers, for engineering services for
Subdistrict No. 264 (Robertson).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Eight Thousand Sixty-one and
20/100 Dollars ($8,061.20) is hereby appropriated from the
Coldwater Creek Sewer Extension and Improvement Fund to pay R. W.
Booker & Associates, Inc., Consulting Engineers, for engineering
services for Subdistrict No. 264 (Robertson).
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 26, 1977.
