AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty-six Thousand Two
Hundred Dollars ($26,200.00) from the Mississippi River Operating
Fund to be used for the construction of storm sewers in Military &
Nellie (S-1082), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, St. Louis County, Missouri pursuant to the
Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 of the United States
of America, has agreed to contribute one-half (1/2) of the costs
of said project; upon the receipt of such funds from said source,
said moneys will be returned to the Mississippi River Operating
Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-six Thousand Two
Hundred Dollars ($26,200.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Mississippi River Operating Fund to be used for the construction
of storm sewers in Military & Nellie (S-1082), in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 26, 1977.
