AN ORDINANCE appropriating Thirteen Thousand Five
Hundred Sixty-seven Dollars and Sixty-three Cents ($13,567.63)
from the unappropriated balance of the General Fund to be used to
pay the Board of Election Commissioners of St. Louis County for
their costs of holding the Fee Fee Trunk Sewer Subdistrict bond
election.
WHEREAS, the reimbursable costs to the Board of
Election Commissioners for holding the election on the question of
issuing Ten Million Dollars ($10,000,000.00) sewer revenue bonds
for the Fee Fee Trunk Sewer Subdistrict on August 30, 1977 was
Thirteen Thousand Five Hundred Sixty-seven Dollars and Sixty-three
Cents ($13,567.63); and
WHEREAS, the Fee Fee Trunk Sewer Subdistrict has as yet
neither any cash on hand nor present income, and the advancement
of such sum is necessary to pay an outstanding indebtedness, and
which should be repaid to the General Fund when such money becomes
available,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirteen Thousand Five Hundred
Sixty-seven Dollars and Sixty-three Cents ($13,567.63) is hereby
appropriated from the unappropriated balance of the General Fund
to be used to repay the Board of Election Commissioners of St.
Louis County for the holding of the Fee Fee Trunk Sewer
Subdistrict bond election on August 30, 1977.
Section Two. Upon receipt of funds by the Fee Fee
Trunk Sewer Subdistrict, such sums will be repaid to the
District's General Fund.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 26, 1977.
