AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Thirteen
Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($113,500.00) from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to be
used for the construction of storm sewers in Euclid - Rock Hill
(S-993), in the City of Rock Hill, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the City of Rock Hill, Missouri, pursuant to
the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, has agreed to
contribute one-half (1/2) of the costs of said project, upon the
receipt of such funds from said source, said money will be
returned to the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Deer Creek,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Thirteen Thousand
Five Hundred Dollars ($113,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer
Creek to be used for the construction of storm sewers in Euclid -
Rock Hill (S-993), in the City of Rock Hill, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 9, 1977.
