AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Tesson Terrace, a subdivision in St. Louis County, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate a portion of the subject
easement and the District has no further need for such easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of a
sewer easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
The sewer easement, ten (10) feet wide, along the east
property line of Lot 12 of Tesson Terrace Subdivision, as
recorded in Plat Book 90, Page 10 of the St. Louis County
records, excepting therefrom the northern sixty (60) feet
thereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 9, 1977.
