AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Karsten
Equipment Company for the construction of storm sewers in Bismark
and Rock Hill (S-995), in the Cities of Rock Hill and Webster
Groves, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Karsten Equipment Company as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in
Bismark and Rock Hill (S-995), in the Cities of Rock Hill and
Webster Groves, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 19th day of
October, 1977, and formally executed on the 25th day of October,
1977, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
is hereby confirmed. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 9, 1977.
