AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Christian
Contracting, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in Oakland
& Lexington (S-1109), in the City of Oakland, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Christian Contracting, Inc. as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in
Oakland & Lexington (S-1109), in the City of Oakland, Missouri,
within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids
received and opened on the 28th day of October, 1977, and formally
executed on the 8th day of November, 1977, by said contractor and
by the Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of
the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 23, 1977.
