AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of an easement in the
Town of Normandy, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the subject easement and this
District has no further use for the subject easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The easement described below is hereby
vacated, to wit:
The five (5) foot easement along the southeastern line of Lot
55 of Normandy Lakewood Plat 4 as recorded in Plat Book 92,
page 39 of the St. Louis County records, excepting therefrom
the northeasternmost ten (10) feet thereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 23, 1977.
