AN ORDINANCE appropriating Two Hundred Fifty Thousand
Dollars ($250,000.00) from the Mississippi River Subdistrict
General Fund to be used for the removal and disposal of ash at
Bissell Point Ash Basin No. 1 (S-1205), in the City of St. Louis,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand
Dollars ($250,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Mississippi
River Subdistrict General Fund to be used for the removal and
disposal of ash at Bissell Point Ash Basin No. 1 (S-1205), in the
City of St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 23, 1977.
