AN ORDINANCE, appropriating the sum of Five Thousand
Five Hundred Dollars ($5,500.00) from the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek for the purchase
of certain real property in St. Louis County, Missouri, for the
purpose of right-of-way along Maline Creek.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Five Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($5,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek for
the purchase of certain real property in St. Louis County,
Missouri, for the purpose of right-of-way along Maline Creek.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 23, 1977.
