AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Kloster
Company, Inc. for the construction of Lemay Wastewater Treatment
Plant - Aeration Tanks, Service Building and Instrumentation,
Contract PA-62, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Kloster Company, Inc. as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of Lemay Wastewater
Treatment Plant - Aeration Tanks, Service Building and
Instrumentation, Contract PA-62, in St. Louis County, Missouri,
within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids
received and opened on the 8th day of September, 1977, and
formally executed on the 18th day of November, 1977, by said
contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 23, 1977.
