AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Eight Hundred Fifty
Thousand Dollars ($850,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek to be used for
the construction of storm sewers in Cypress Creek Channel
Enclosure (St. Ann Section), in the City of St. Ann, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000.00) toward the costs of
said project, upon the receipt of such funds from said source,
said money will be returned to the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek, and
WHEREAS, the City of St. Ann, Missouri, pursuant to the
Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, has agreed to
contribute Four Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($450,000.00)
toward the costs of said project, upon the receipt of such funds
from said source, said money will be returned to the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Eight Hundred Fifty Thousand
Dollars ($850,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek
to be used for the construction of storm sewers in Cypress Creek
Channel Enclosure (St. Ann Section), in the City of St. Ann,
Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 23, 1977.
