AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Millstone
Construction, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in Cypress
Creek Channel Enclosure (St. Ann Section), in the City of St. Ann,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Millstone Construction, Inc. as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in
Cypress Creek Channel Enclosure (St. Ann Section), in the City of
St. Ann, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 16th day of
November, 1977, and formally executed on the 22nd day of November,
1977, by the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf
of the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 23, 1977.
