AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 445 (Lemay Ferry
- Buckley) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of
the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sanitary sewer
or sanitary drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed,
or improved at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict
shall be known as Subdistrict No. 445 (Lemay Ferry - Buckley).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 445
(Lemay Ferry - Buckley) shall be as follows:

LEMAY FERRY - BUCKLEY
An area in part of Block 58 and part of Block 75 of Carondelet
Commons South of the River des Peres in St. Louis County, Mo.,
more particularly described as:
Beginning at a point in the southeast line of Lemay Ferry Road,
80' W., distant 455' - 10" southwest of its intersection with the
west line of Buckley Road, 40' W., said point also being the most
northern corner of a tract of land conveyed to Lorenz A. Mueller,
Jr. and Irene, his wife, by deed recorded in Bk. 1728, Pg. 335 of
the St. Louis County Recorder's office; thence southeastwardly
along the northeast line of said tract of land a distance of 178'
- 2 1/8" to the most eastern corner of said tract of land; thence
southwestwardly along the southeast line of said tract and its
prolongation 429' - 6" to the most southern corner of a tract of
land conveyed to Randal G. Crouch and Judie C., his wife, by deed
recorded in Bk. 6612, Pg. 766 of the St. Louis County Recorder's
office; thence northwestwardly along the southwest line of said
tract of land 178' - 2 1/8"; thence northeastwardly 68Ε 39' to the
point of beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 14, 1977.
