AN ORDINANCE appropriating One Hundred Forty-three
Thousand Dollars ($143,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek to be used for the
construction of sanitary sewers in Innerbelt at Natural Bridge
Sanitary Relocations (S-1181), in the City of Bel-Ridge, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the State Highway Department of Missouri has
agreed to contribute seventy-one percent (71%) of the costs of
said project, upon the receipt of such funds from said source,
said money will be returned to the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Forty-three
Thousand Dollars ($143,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Maline
Creek to be used for the construction of sanitary sewers in
Innerbelt at Natural Bridge Sanitary Relocations (S-1181), in the
City of Bel-Ridge, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 14, 1977.
