AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with McCarthy
Brothers Company for the construction of sanitary sewers in
Innerbelt at Natural Bridge Sanitary Relocations (S-1181), in the
City of Bel-Ridge, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to McCarthy Brothers Company as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of sanitary sewers in
Innerbelt at Natural Bridge Sanitary Relocations (S-1181), in the
City of Bel-Ridge, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 14th
day of November, 1977, and formally executed on the 22nd day of
November, 1977, by said contractor and by the Executive Director
and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the
following form:
is hereby confirmed. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 14, 1977.
