AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Maguire
Construction Company for the construction of storm sewers in Adams
& Florissant (S-997), in the City of Ferguson, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Maguire Construction Company as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in Adams
& Florissant (S-997), in the City of Ferguson, Missouri, within
The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids
received and opened on the 10th day of November, 1977, and
formally executed on the 22nd day of November, 1977, by said
contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 14, 1977.
