AN ORDINANCE appropriating Six Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($6,500.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of the Wellston Branch of River des
Peres to be used for the construction of sanitary sewers in St.
Charles Rock Road & 70th Street Sanitary Interceptor (S-1202), in
the City of Pagedale, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Six Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($6,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of the Wellston
Branch of River des Peres for the construction of sanitary sewers
in St. Charles Rock Road & 70th Street Sanitary Interceptor (S-
1202), in the City of Pagedale, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 14, 1977.
