AN ORDINANCE appropriating Forty-six Thousand Five
Hundred Seventy-seven Dollars ($46,577.00) from the General Fund
of the District to be used by the Engineering Department to hire
additional employees, as approved by the Board, for services
required in the newly annexed area of the District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Forty-six Thousand Five
Hundred Seventy-seven Dollars ($46,577.00) is hereby appropriated
from the General Fund of the District to be used by the
Engineering Department to hire additional employees, as approved
by the Board, for services required in the newly annexed area of
the District.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 14, 1977.
