AN ORDINANCE authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into an agreement with St. Louis County,
Missouri, for construction of storm and sanitary sewers in
Subdistrict No. 53 (Grasso Lane Storm Extensions), in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, St. Louis County, Missouri, has agreed to
contribute Eighty-one Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($81,500.00)
toward the costs of said construction,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with
St. Louis County, Missouri, for construction of storm and sanitary
sewers in Subdistrict No. 53 (Grasso Lane Storm Extensions), in
St. Louis County, Missouri, in the form as attached hereto.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 14, 1977.
