AN ORDINANCE establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 435 (Lindbergh
and St. John's Church Road) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of
the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sanitary sewer
or sanitary drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed,
or improved at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict
shall be known as Subdistrict No. 435 (Lindbergh and St. John's
Church Road).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 435
(Lindbergh and St. John's Church Road) shall be as follows:
LINDBERGH & ST. JOHN'S CHURCH ROAD
Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of Lindbergh
Boulevard and the westward prolongation of the northern line
of a tract of land conveyed to Scientific Associates Inc. by
deed recorded in Book 5700, Page 574 of the St. Louis County
records; thence eastwardly along said prolongation and said
northern line to the western line of Right-of-Way of the
Southwestern branch of the St. Louis and San Francisco
Railroad; thence southwardly along said western line to the
southern line of Sappington Barracks Road, also known as
Concord School Road: thence eastwardly along the
prolongations of said southern line and said southern line to
the eastern line of Sappington Barracks Road, also known as
St. John's Church Road; thence southwardly along said eastern
line to a point distant 250' north from the intersection of
sa|d eastern line and the Interstate Route 55 R.O.W.; thence
easterly at right angle to said eastern line to the western
R.O.W. line of Interstate Route 55: thence southwardly and
westwardly along said R.O.W. line to the eastern line of
Sappington Barracks Road, also known as St. John's Church
Road; thence southwardly at right angle to the centerline of
Lindbergh Blvd. to a point on said centerline; thence
westwardly and northwardly along said centerline to the point
of beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 11, 1978.
