WItEREAS, application has been properly made to the Mayor and Council ofthe
Borough of Carteret, New Jersey by Carteret High School Band Parents Association
Carteret Post No. 263, A.L., St. Elizabeth of Hungary Church and St.
Joseph Church
of the Borough of Carterel; a.d
WHEREAS, it appears that the applicant (s) is/are qualified to be licensed and that the
members designated to co.duct RAFFLES and to assist are bona fide members of the
applicant (s); and
WlIEREAS, the applica.t (s) has/have signified that the games will be played in
accmdance with Rules 6, 7 aad 8 of the Legalized Games of Chance Corn.fission's
Regulatioas.
NOW, TIIEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS llEREBY RESOLVED, by the Mayor and
Couucil of the Borough 9f Carteret, that the Municipal Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to execute the endorsement of the Mayor' aad Council by issuing, .upon proper
presentation of application and fees, a RAFFLE LICENSE to the applicant (s);
BE rr FURTIIER RESOLVED that a certified copy of this Resolution be sent
forthwith to the Legalized Games of Chance Coutrol Cou.nission, P. O. Box 46000,
Newark, New Jersey 07101.
