AN ORDINANCE appropriating Fifty-six Thousand Dollars
($56,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to be used for the construction of
storm sewers in Vouga Lane (S-1067), in the City of Frontenac,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
an amount up to one-third (1/3) of the costs of said project if
funds are available, upon the receipt of such funds from said
source, said money will be returned to the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fifty-six Thousand Dollars
($56,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to be
used for the construction of storm sewers in Vouga Lane (S-1067),
in the City of Frontenac, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 25, 1978.
