AN ORDINANCE appropriating Eighty-three Thousand
Dollars ($83,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek to be used for the
construction of storm sewers in Colony, Forest Home, Green Acres -
Phase IV (77-MC-2), in the City of Bellefontaine Neighbors,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the City of Bellefontaine Neighbors, Missouri,
pursuant to the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, has
agreed to contribute one-half (1/2) of the costs of said project,
upon the receipt of such funds from said source, said money will
be returned to the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Maline Creek,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Eighty-three Thousand Dollars
($83,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek to
be used for the construction of storm sewers in Colony, Forest
Home, Green Acres - Phase IV (77-MC-2), in the City of
Bellefontaine Neighbors, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 25, 1978.
