AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Meiners Company
for the construction of storm sewers in Colony, Forest Home, Green
Acres - Phase IV (77-MC-2), in the City of Bellefontaine
Neighbors, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Meiners Company as the lowest responsible
bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in Colony, Forest
Home, Green Acres - Phase IV (77-MC-2), in the City of
Bellefontaine Neighbors, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the
29th day of December, 1977, and formally executed on the 10th day
of January, 1978, by said contractor and by the Executive Director
and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the
following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 25, 1978.
