AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into an Agreement with the United States of
America for Local Cooperation for the repair of an eroded bank on
Blackjack Creek.
WHEREAS, the United States of America through the
Department of the Army, Corps of Engineers has requested that the
District furnish the non-Federal cooperation required for said
repair,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement with
the United States of America for Local Cooperation for the repair
of an eroded bank on Blackjack Creek, in the form as attached
hereto.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 25, 1978.
