AN ORDINANCE transferring all funds in the Coldwater
Creek Construction Fund, and any moneys received or to be received
by said Fund to the Coldwater Creek Sewer Revenue Bond Redemption
Account of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, to be used
only for the purposes for which such fund was established, and
dissolving the said Coldwater Creek Construction Fund.
WHEREAS, the Coldwater Creek Construction Fund of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, created by Ordinance No.
764, adopted May 29, 1962, for the purpose of providing funds for
the construction of the Coldwater Creek trunk sewer and treatment
plant has completed its original purpose and is no longer needed;
and
WHEREAS, there now remains in the aforesaid Coldwater
Creek Construction Fund the sum of Twenty-five Thousand One
Hundred Seventy-seven Dollars and Thirty Cents ($25,177.30),
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. That the sum of Twenty-five Thousand One
Hundred Seventy-seven Dollars and Thirty Cents ($25,177.30) now in
the Coldwater Creek Construction Fund, together with any sums to
be received by such Fund from any source, are hereby transferred
to the Coldwater Creek Sewer Revenue Bond Redemption Account of
The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, to be used only for the
redemption of sewer revenue bonds prior to maturity, according to
the terms thereof, or for the purchase of such bonds in the open
market at not more than par and accrued interest for non-callable
bonds, or at not more than the next effective call price for
callable bonds.
Section Two. Upon the completion of the transfer of
such sums, the Coldwater Creek Construction Fund is hereby
dissolved.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 25, 1978.
