AN ORDINANCE transferring all funds in the Coldwater
Creek Operation and Maintenance Fund, and any moneys received or
to be received by said Fund to the Coldwater Creek Sewer Revenue
Fund of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, Account 40-
3501B, Reserve Proceeds from Coldwater Creek Operation and
Maintenance Fund, to be used only for the operation and
maintenance of the Coldwater Creek Trunk Subdistrict sewer system
and treatment plant, thus making the Coldwater Creek Operation and
Maintenance Fund an account in the Coldwater Creek Sewer Revenue
Fund.
WHEREAS, for the convenience of the District, it is
desired that the Coldwater Creek Operation and Maintenance Fund of
The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, created by Ordinance
No. 764, adopted May 29, 1962, become a part of the Coldwater
Creek Sewer Revenue Fund as a special account, preserving its
original purpose, however,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. That the sums now in the Coldwater Creek
Operation and Maintenance Fund, together with any sums to be
received by such Fund from any source, are hereby transferred to
the Coldwater Creek Sewer Revenue Fund of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District, Account 40-3501B, Reserve Proceeds from
Coldwater Creek Operation and Maintenance Fund to be used only
for the operation and maintenance of the Coldwater Creek Trunk
Subdistrict sewer system and treatment plant.
Section Two. Upon the completion of the transfer of
such sums, the Coldwater Creek Operation and Maintenance Fund is
hereby made a special account in the Coldwater Creek Sewer Revenue
Fund.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 25, 1978.
