AN ORDINANCE appropriating Three Hundred Thirteen
Thousand Dollars ($313,000.00) from the Mississippi River
Operating Fund to be used for the construction of storm sewers in
Fernbrook & Pilgrim (S-1116), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, St. Louis County, Missouri, has agreed to
contribute one-half (1/2) of the costs of said project, upon the
receipt of such funds from said source, the Executive Director is
authorized to issue the notice to proceed to the contractor, and
said moneys will be returned to the Mississippi River Operating
Fund,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Three Hundred Thirteen
Thousand Dollars ($313,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Mississippi River Operating Fund to be used for the construction
of storm sewers in Fernbrook & Pilgrim (S-1116), in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 25, 1978.
