AN ORDINANCE authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into an agreement with St. Louis County,
Missouri, for construction of storm sewers in Fernbrook & Pilgrim
(S-1116), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, St. Louis County, Missouri, has agreed to
contribute One Hundred Fifty-six Thousand Five Hundred Dollars
($156,500.00) toward the costs of said construction,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with
St. Louis County, Missouri for construction of storm sewers in
Fernbrook & Pilgrim (S-1116), in St. Louis County, Missouri, in
the form as attached hereto.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 25, 1978.
