AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Fred M. Luth &
Sons, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in Nottingham &
Murdoch - Phase II (S-1122), in the City of Shrewsbury, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Fred M. Luth & Sons, Inc. for the
construction of storm sewers in Nottingham & Murdoch Phase II (S-
1122), in the City of Shrewsbury, Missouri, within The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received
and opened on the 5th day of January, 1978, and formally executed
on the 10th day of January, 1978, by said contractor and by the
Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the
District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 25, 1978.
