Notice of Continued Public Hearing on
Proposed Barnstable County Ordinance No. 11-04
On April 20, 2011 at 2:00 p.m., the Standing Committee on Government Regulations
will continue their public hearing on Proposed County Ordinance 11-04: To amend Chapter A,
Enabling Regulations of the Code of Cape Cod Commission Regulations of General Application,
Barnstable County Ordinance 90-12, as amended, to include Section 3(0):
The Standing Committee will meet to review and discuss testimony presented at the
4/13/11 public hearing. The meeting will be held in the Chamber of the Assembly of Delegates,
First District Courthouse, Route 6A, Barnstable, MA.
