AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with J.S. Alberici
Construction Company for the construction of combined sewers in
New Mill Creek Sewers Extension and Repairs, in the City of St.
Louis, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to J.S. Alberici Construction Company as the
lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of combined sewers
in New Mill Creek Sewers Extension and Repairs, in the City of St.
Louis, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 4th day of January,
1978, and formally executed on the 11th day of January, 1978, by
said contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 25, 1978.
