1. Call to Order by the Speaker
2. A moment of Silence to honor our troops who have died in service to our country, and all those
serving our country in the Armed Forces
3. Pledge of Allegiance
4. Call of the Roll by the Clerk
5. Declaration of a Quorum
6. Approval of the Calendar of Business
7. Approval of the Journal of April 20, 2011

Assembly Convenes
11. Proposed Resolution 11-01: The Speaker of the Assembly of Delegates shall appoint two
alternate members to serve on all standing committees. The alternate member(s) shall sit as
member(s) of the standing committee in the event that regular committee member(s) is/are absent,
and exercise full voting privileges at such meetings. In case of more alternate members available
than there are regular absentees at a particular meeting, it shall be at the discretion of the
Committee Chair to determine which alternate shall sit as a voting member.
