AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into a contract with Booker Associates, Inc.,
for the preparation of plans and specifications for storm sewers
in the area known as Midland-Pasteur, in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the District requires specialized consulting
assistance in the preparation of said plans and specifications,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. That the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer be and they are hereby authorized to enter
into a contract with Booker Associates, Inc., for the preparation
of plans and specifications for storm sewers in the area known as
Midland-Pasteur, in St. Louis County, Missouri, in the form as
attached hereto.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 8, 1978.
