AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Benco-Bommarito
Construction Co. for the construction of storm sewers in West
Glendale #640 (S-593), in the City of Webster Groves, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Benco-Bommarito Construction Co. for the
construction of storm sewers in West Glendale #640 (S-593), in the
City of Webster Groves, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the
19th day of January, 1978, and formally executed on the 24th day
of January, 1978, by said contractor and by the Executive Director
and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the
following form:
is hereby confirmed. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 8, 1978.
