HomeMy Public PortalAbout03450AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 3523 - 6/16/78 REPEALED BY ORDINANCE NO. 3729 - 3/28/79 O R D I N A N C E NO. 3450 AN ORDINANCE amending Section Two of Ordinance No. 3359, adopted November 9, 1977, and revising the boundaries of Subdistrict No. 439 (Tanzberger Drive) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Ordinance No. 3359, adopted November 9, 1977, is hereby amended by revising the boundaries of Subdistrict No. 439 (Tanzberger Drive), as set forth in Section Two thereof, to include an area described as follows: Beginning at a point in the south line of Cliff Cave Road, said point being 150 feet East of the east line of Telegraph Road; said point also being the northwest corner of the property conveyed to Thomas E. Burnham and Sharon H. Burnham, his wife, as per deed recorded in Book 6687, Page 2152, St. Louis County, Missouri, Recorder's office; thence East along said south line of Cliff Cave Road to the northwest corner of a tract of land conveyed to Thomas E. Burnham and Sharon H. Burnham, his wife, as per deed recorded in Book 5954, Page 267, St. Louis County, Missouri, Recorder's office; thence East along said south line of Cliff Cave Road to the northeast corner of last described property; thence South along the east line of last described property to the Southeast corner thereof; thence West along the south line of 2 both described properties to the Southwest corner of property as per deed recorded in Book 6687, Page 2152, St. Louis County, Missouri, Recorder's office; thence North along the west line of last mentioned property to the point of beginning. for the reason that the Board of Trustees, pursuant to an engineering investigation, finds that such additional area can be served adequately and effectively by its inclusion in said Subdistrict No. 439. Section Two. Section Two of said Ordinance No. 3359 as hereby amended, shall read as follows: "Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 439 (Tanzberger Drive) shall be as follows: 3 TANZBERGER DRIVE Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot 24 of E. Tanzberger Subdivision, a subdivision as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 42, page 40, St. Louis County, Mo. Recorder's office; thence easterly along the north line of said Lot 24 to the northwest corner of Lot 25 of said subdivision; thence southerly along the western line of said Lot 25 to the southwest corner thereof; thence easterly along the eastern prolongation of the south line of said Lot 25 and along the north line of Lots 20, 19, 18, 17, 16 and 15 of said subdivision to the northeast corner of said Lot 15, said point also being in the eastern line of said E. Tanzberger Subdivision; thence southerly along the eastern line of said E. Tanzberger Subdivision to the southeast corner of Lot 14 of said E. Tanzberger Subdivision; thence N 83Ε 58' W along the south line of Lots 14, 13, 12 and 11 of said subdivision to a point in the south line of Lot 11, said point being 125' east of the centerline of Fremont Lane; thence southwardly along a line parallel to and a distance of 125' east of the centerline of Fremont Lane a distance of 175' to a point, said point lying within the property conveyed to Verland A. Lappe and Naomi L. Lappe, his wife, by deed recorded in Book 2794, page 402, St. Louis County Recorder's office; thence N 83Ε 58' W along a line a distance of 250' to a point, said point lying within the property conveyed to Frank W. Fenton and Dolores 4 A. Fenton, his wife, by deed recorded in Book 2801, page 300, St. Louis County Recorder's office; thence northwardly along a line parallel to and a distance 125' west of the centerline of Fremont Lane a distance of 175' to a point, said point being in the south line of Lot 8 of E. Tanzberger Subdivision; thence N 83Ε 58' W along the south line of Lots 8, 7, 6 and 5 of said subdivision to a point, said point being 175' east of the east line of Telegraph Road, 60' wide; thence southwardly along a line parallel to and a distance 175' east of the east line of Telegraph Road, 60' wide, a distance of 100' to a point, said point being on the south line of property conveyed to Paul T. Bles and Marilyn Bles, his wife, by deed recorded in Book 6643, page 1161, St. Louis County Recorder's office; thence westwardly along the south line of said Bles property 175' to a point, said point being in the east line of Telegraph Road, 60' wide; thence northwardly along the east line of Telegraph Road, 60' wide, to the point of beginning. 5 The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 8, 1978.
