AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Gary & Roger L.
Link, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in Latty & Jacklin
(S-1166), in the City of Hazelwood, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Gary & Roger L. Link, Inc. as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in Latty
& Jacklin (S-1166), in the City of Hazelwood, Missouri, within The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received
and opened on the 13th day of January, 1978, and formally executed
on the 7th day of February, 1978, by said contractor and by the
Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the
District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 22, 1978.
