AN ORDINANCE appropriating Two Hundred Nineteen
Thousand Dollars ($219,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek to be used for
the construction of storm sewers in Cypress Creek Channel
Enclosure (Bridgeton Section), in the City of Bridgeton, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the City of Bridgeton, Missouri, pursuant to
the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, has agreed to
contribute one-half (1/2) of the costs of said project; upon the
receipt of such funds from said source said money will be returned
to the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Coldwater Creek,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Hundred Nineteen Thousand
Dollars ($219,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek
to be used for the construction of storm sewers in Cypress Creek
Channel Enclosure (Bridgeton Section), in the City of Bridgeton,
Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 22, 1978.
