AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Millstone
Construction, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in Cypress
Creek Channel Enclosure (Bridgeton Section), in the City of
Bridgeton, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Millstone Construction, Inc. as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in
Cypress Creek Channel Enclosure (Bridgeton Section), in the City
of Bridgeton, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 1st day of
February, 1978, and formally executed on the 7th day of February,
1978, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
is hereby confirmed. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 22, 1978.
