AN ORDINANCE awarding a contract to the St. Paul
Insurance Company for the District's Employee Benefit Programs
Liability Insurance coverage from March 10, 1978 to March 10,
1979.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The St. Paul Insurance Company, the only
carrier writing such insurance coverage, has submitted a proposal
to provide the District's Employee Benefit Programs Liability
Insurance, with a limit of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) for
each claim, Three Million Dollars ($3,000,000.00) annual aggregate
and with a deductible amount of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00)
per occurrence for one year at and for a premium of Three Hundred
Eighty Dollars ($380.00) per annum, is hereby awarded the contract
for such liability insurance coverage from March 10, 1978 to March
10, 1979.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 22, 1978.
