AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Two Thousand Two Hundred
Fifty Dollars ($2,250.00) from the General Fund of the District
for the annual lease payment for certain property on Meramec
Bottom Road upon which sewage treatment facilities are located,
for the period from March 1, 1978 to February 28, 1979.
WHEREAS, the Agreement of Purchase and Sale by and
between The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District and Fee Fee
Trunk Sewer, Inc. specified that the District would assume the
terms of said lease,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Thousand Two Hundred Fifty
Dollars ($2,250.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund
of the District for the annual lease payment for certain property
on Meramec Bottom Road upon which sewage treatment facilities are
located, for the period from March 1, 1978 to February 28, 1979.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 22, 1978.
