AN ORDINANCE establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis County,
Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 448 (Missouri River -
Bonfils) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE ST ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN
ST. LOUIS SEAR DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to the annexation election held May
10, 1977, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sanitary sewer
or sanitary drainage facilities may be constructed,
reconstructed, or improved at the expense of the subdistrict.
Such subdistrict shall be known as Subdistrict No. 448 (Missouri
River - Bonfils).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 448
(Missouri River - Bonfils) shall be as follows:
MISSOURI RIVER - BONFILS
Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of Old St.
Charles Rock Road and the southward prolongation of the west line
of South Pattonville Subdivision, a Subdivision of St. Louis
County, Missouri, according to the plat thereof as recorded in
Plat Book 17, Page 100 of the St. Louis County records in St.
Louis County, Missouri, which point of intersection is a point on
the original Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District boundary;
thence northwestwardly along the centerline of Old St. Charles
Rock Road and the northwestward prolongation of Old St. Charles

Rock Road to its intersection with the centerline of Interstate
Highway 270; thence northwardly along the centerline of
Interstate Highway 270 to its intersection with the centerline of
Interstate Highway 70; thence westwardly along the centerline of
Interstate Highway 70 to its intersection with the common
boundary line of St. Louis and St. Charles Counties, Missouri,
which common boundary line lies in the Missouri River; thence
downstream, being generally northerly, along said St. Louis - St.
Charles County line to its intersection with the north line of
Missouri State Highway No. 115 (St. Charles Rock Road); thence
eastwardly along the north line of said Highway No. 115, also
known as St. Charles Rock Road, to its intersection with the
northwest line of Missouri Bottoms Road; thence northeastwardly
along said northwest line of Missouri Bottoms Road to its
intersection with the northeast line of the Norfolk and Western
Railroad; thence southeastwardly along said northeast line of the
Norfolk and Western Railroad to its intersection with the
northwest line of property conveyed to Clifford W. Murphy and
Armarie B. Murphy, his wife, by instrument recorded in Book 6433,
page 1669 of the St. Louis County records; thence northeastwardly
along the northwest line of said Murphy property a distance
854.72 feet more or less, to the northern corner thereof, which
corner is also a point in the southwest line of Ferguson Lane, 40
feet wide; thence northeastwardly across said Ferguson Lane to

west corner of property conveyed to Ella Van Horn, a widow, by
instrument recorded in Book 4267, page 20 of the St. Louis County
records; thence northeastwardly along the northwest line of said
Van Horn property and its northeastward prolongation a distance
of 2200 feet more or less to its intersection with the southwest
line of property conveyed to Tony W. Markunas and Pauline L.
Markunas, his wife, by instrument recorded in Book 2642, page 601
of the St. Louis County records, said point of intersection being
approximately 200 feet more or less southeast of the westernmost
corner of said Markunas property; thence northwestwardly along
the southwest line of said Markunas property a distance of
approximately 200 feet more or less to the westernmost corner
thereof; thence northeastwardly along the northwest line of said
Markunas property, and continuing northeastwardly along the
northwest line of property conveyed to Vyleen Smith and Sam T.
Taver, joint tenants, by instrument recorded in Book 3321, page
308 of the St. Louis County records, and further continuing
northeastwardly along the northwest line of property conveyed to
Lawrence C. Ritter and Jenny M. Ritter, his wife, by instrument
recorded in Book 6005, page 323 of the St. Louis County records,
to the northern corner thereof, which corner is also a point in
the southwest line of property conveyed to Leonard J. Prouhet and
Adele Prouhet, his wife, by instrument recorded in Book 6434,
page 2147 of the St. Louis County records; thence northwestwardly

along the southwest line of said Prouhet property a distance of
approximately 250 feet more or less to the westernmost corner
thereof; thence northeastwardly along the northwest line of said
Prouhet property, and continuing northeastwardly along the
northwest line of property conveyed to William I. Prouhet life
estate and William J. Prouhet, Marie Prouhet and Jennifer Prouhet
as tenants in common, by instrument recorded in Book 6637, page
769 of the St. Louis County records, and its northeastward
prolongation to a point in the northeast line of Missouri Bottoms
Road; thence southeastwardly along the northeast line of said
Missouri Bottoms Road a distance of 650 feet more or less to the
westernmost corner of property conveyed to Page-West Realty
Company, Inc. by instrument recorded in Book 6907, page 1159 of
the St. Louis County records; thence northeastwardly along the
northwest line of said Page-West Realty property a distance of
approximately 3170 feet more or less, to the northernmost corner
thereof, which corner is also the westernmost corner of property
conveyed to Herman Sunderhuse and Frieda Sunderhuse, his wife, by
instrument recorded in Book 2913, page 251 of the St. Louis
County records; thence northeastwardly along the northwest line
of said Sunderhuse property and continuing northeastwardly along
the northwest line of property conveyed to Walter G. Negwer and
Agnes A. Negwer, his wife, by instrument recorded in Book 2095,
page 512 of the St. Louis County records to northernmost corner

thereof; thence northeastwardly in a straight line a distance of
approximately 2660 feet more or less to the western corner of
property conveyed to Herman Schroeder and Lucy Schroeder, his
wife, by instrument recorded in Book 3470, page 158 of the St.
Louis County records; thence northeastwardly along the northwest
line of said Schroeder property to the northernmost corner
thereof; thence northeastwardly in a straight line a distance of
approximately 285 feet more or less to the western corner of
property conveyed to Robert L. Fortier, by instrument recorded in
Book 3803, page 401 of the St. Louis County records; thence
northeastwardly along the northwest line of said Fortier property
to the northern corner thereof; thence northeastwardly across a
private road, 20 feet wide, to the western corner of property
conveyed to Mabel S. Kurtz, by instrument recorded in Book 4524,
page 603 of the St. Louis County records; thence northeastwardly
along the northwest line of said Kurtz property to the northern
corner thereof, which corner is also the western corner of
property conveyed to Donald F. Teson and Margaret Alice Teson,
his wife, by instrument recorded in Book 3991, page 433 of the
St. Louis County records; thence southeastwardly along the
southwest line of said Teson property to the southern corner
thereof; thence northeastwardly along the southeast line of said
Teson property and the northeastward prolongation of said
southeast line to the northeast line of Teson Road; thence

southeastwardly along the northeast line of said Teson Road a
distance of 590 feet more or less to the western corner of
property conveyed to Oscar F. C. Meyer and Mary Matilda Meyer,
his wife, by instrument recorded in Book 5601, page 342 of the
St. Louis County records; thence northeastwardly along the
northwest line of said Meyer property to the northern corner
thereof; thence northeastwardly in a straight line a distance of
approximately 1410 feet more or less to the southern corner of
property conveyed to Edith A. Steinmeyer, a single person, by
instrument recorded in Book 6828, page 2061 of the St. Louis
County records; thence northeastwardly along the southeast line
of said Steinmeyer property to the eastern corner thereof; thence
northwardly in a straight line a distance of approximately 2380
feet more or less to the western corner of property conveyed to
M. Keeven, by instrument recorded in Book 6648, page 1285 of the
St. Louis County records, which corner is also a point in the
south line of Charbonier Road; thence northeastwardly across
Charbonier Road to the western corner of property conveyed to
Pierre A. Nessing and Nancy Nessing, his wife, by instrument
recorded in Book 5246, page 325 of the St. Louis County records;
thence northeastwardly along the northwest line of said Nessing
property to the northern corner thereof; thence northeastwardly
in a straight line a distance of approximately 825 feet more or
less to the western corner of property conveyed to Andrew S. Love

Jr., by instrument recorded in Book 6507, page 1287 of the St.
Louis County records; thence northeastwardly along the northwest
line of said Love property to the northern corner thereof; thence
southeastwardly along the northeast line of said Love property to
its intersection with the northwest line of Charbonier Road;
thence northeastwardly and eastwardly along the northwest and
north line of said Charbonier Road to its intersection with the
northeast prolongation of the northwest line of Henry F. Koch
Park; thence southwestwardly along said northeast prolongation
and said northwest line of said Koch Park to its intersection
with the original Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District boundary
of that area annexed by Ordinance No. 1068 as adopted by The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District on November 14, 1963;
thence generally southwestwardly along the original Metropolitan
St. Louis Sewer District boundary as established by a special
election held on February 9, 1954 and as extended by annexation
thereto of areas described in Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District Ordinances as follows: No. 327, adopted September 28,
1959; No. 1295, adopted March 24, 1965; No. 939, adopted April 5,
1963; No. 969, adopted January 25, 1962; No. 365, adopted January
28, 1960; No. 2241, adopted October 29, 1971; No. 1009, adopted
August 7, 1963; No. 1562, adopted December 8, 1966; No. 1896,
adopted May 28, 1969; No. 1949, adopted September 24, 1969; No.
2266, adopted February 9, 1972; No. 1756, adopted July 10, 1968;

No. 1164, adopted May 14, 1964; No. 2345, adopted November 2,
1972; No. 2939, adopted October 29, 1975; No. 237, adopted
October 2, 1958, to its intersection with the centerline of Old
St. Charles Rock Road, which is the point of beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 22, 1978.
