AN ORDINANCE appropriating Forty-eight Thousand Dollars
($48,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek to be used for the construction
of storm sewers in Oakland & Lexington Extension (S-1222), in the
City of Oakland, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the City of Oakland, Missouri, has agreed to
contribute one-half (1/2) of the costs of said project; upon the
receipt of such funds from said source, the Executive Director is
authorized to issue the notice to proceed to the contractor, and
said money will be returned to the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Forty-eight Thousand Dollars
($48,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek to
be used for the construction of storm sewers in Oakland &
Lexington Extension (S-1222), in the City of Oakland, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 22, 1978.
