AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Benco-Bommarito
Construction Company for the construction of storm sewers in
Oakland & Lexington Extension (S-1222), in the City of Oakland,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Benco-Bommarito Construction Company for the
construction of storm sewers in Oakland & Lexington Extension (S-
1222), in the City of Oakland, Missouri, within The Metropolitan
St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received and opened on
the 9th day of February, 1978, and formally executed on the 21st
day of February, 1978, by said contractor and by the Executive
Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in
the following form:
is hereby confirmed. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 22, 1978.
