AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with McCarthy
Brothers Company for the construction of storm sewers in Dundee
Circle (S-1174), in Glasgow Village, in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to McCarthy Brothers Company for the
construction of storm sewers in Dundee Circle (S-1174), in Glasgow
Village, in St. Louis County, Missouri, within The Metropolitan
St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received and opened on
the 13th day of February, 1978, by said contractor and by the
Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the
District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 22, 1978.
