HomeMy Public PortalAbout03485 O R D I N A N C E NO. 3485 AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 454 (Seminary Branch of River des Peres) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, with an emergency clause. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. There is hereby established a sub-district of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be known as Subdistrict No. 454 (Seminary Branch of River des Peres). Section Two. thence easterly along said southern most line to its intersection with the centerline of Loughborough Avenue; thence easterly along the centerline of Loughborough Avenue to the point of beginning. Section Three. This Ordinance is for the establishment of a subdistrict wherein sewer or drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved at the expense of said subdistrict, and the construction or improvement of said facilities being necessary for the protection of public health and welfare, constitutes an emergency within the meaning of the Plan, therefore, this Ordinance shall be and become effective immediately upon its adoption. 21 The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 12, 1978.
