AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of an easement in St.
Louis County, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the subject easement and this
District has no further use for the subject easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of easement described below
is hereby vacated, to wit: Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 716 of "Pleasant Hollow Plat 3-B," a subdivision recorded in Plat Book 177 Pages 2 and 3 of the St. Louis County Records, thence North 52 degrees 41 minutes 26 seconds West 10.24 feet, to the actual point of beginning, thence South 25 degrees 05 minutes 25 seconds West 4.93 feet, thence North 52 degrees 41 minutes 26 seconds West 54.93 feet, thence North 37 degrees 18 minutes 34 seconds East 3 feet, thence North 52 degrees 41 minutes 26 seconds West 20 feet, thence North 44 degrees 19 minutes 27 seconds West 8 feet, thence North 37 degrees 18 minutes 34 seconds East 0.66 feet, thence South 52 degrees 41 minutes 26 seconds East 81.80 feet to the point of beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 12, 1978.
