AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of easements in St.
Louis County, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the portions of the subject
easements, and this District has no further use for said portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portions of easements as described
below are hereby vacated, to wit:
The portion of easements in Lots 5, 10, and 7 of Woodcrest as
recorded in Plat Book 172, pages 44 and 45 of the St. Louis
County records and more particularly described as follows:
The five (5) foot easement along the North line of said Lot 5
excepting the easternmost 64.18 feet thereof; the five (5)
foot easement along the South line of said Lot 10 excepting
the easternmost 10 feet thereof; the five (5) foot easement
along the North line of said Lot 10 excepting the easternmost
10 feet thereof, and the five (5) foot easement along the
South line of said Lot 7 excepting the easternmost 10 feet
thereof. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 12, 1978.
